Using keywords – Google Keyword Tool
This is probably the best tool to search by keyword and best of all, it's free! Technically, the keyword Google Adwords. It was primarily designed to help people who use PPC – Pay Per Click for promotions. But anyone can use this information to select domain names for sale section to improve their ranking organic SEO, to see what others are doing with their websites, and so on.
The first thing to understand is that it returns only the engine results on Google. Of course, this is the monster search engine, but it is also important to have information that other search engines may give you the tools keywords, and there are others who do it for you. I will address some of them later in this series.
But yet it's the big G
First steps.
Firstly, I suggest you get Gmail. It's free, so sign up if you have one, or go if you do. Now you do not have to do to access the tool, but to use other Google features, need an account.
A word in your browser. I recommend using Firefox. Not only is safer than using the Explorer browser, which has also added many features to make your Internet experience in general more efficient and easier. One thing I do is open multiple tabs at once, so you can easily back and forth between different pages.

Reading the page, you will see that you can get results adapted in several languages. So, adjust if necessary. Then you will see: "How I would like to generate keyword ideas?" Descriptive words or phrases or Internet content.

Here you can type the keyword or phrase on a subject and see what terms of use to search for that particular subject.

A smart thing to do is research your competition. If you find a site you like or who appears on the first page in search engines (your competitors), you may want to know what keywords they use. So put on your website and see what they have. I recommend going through all the web addresses on page 1 of search results. Why? Because these people do something good with your keywords, including SEO tactics. And bring lots of ideas. But not just copy What they do!
If you already have a website you can put the Web address and Google will offer suggestions based on their content.
At this stage we want to go with the "descriptive words and phrases of choice." For our example we'll use "dog" as our keyword. Sure you click on the "use synonyms. This will increase its output options. Fill in the CAPTCHA characters, click the button to search for keywords "and exit.
The keyword, "Dogs" shows more than 30 million monthly searches a month. Wow! It is huge number of people looking for this item and you can safely bet that the competition for attention is intense.

The column of competition has a bar that is full of colors, depending on the amount of advertiser competition. Dogs keywords "is sorry with competition. (sorry)
In the upper right corner you will see "Choose Columns to Display" pull-down menu, then select "Show All". This gives you a wider picture of what happens in the "market for dogs.
You will be able to see the average cost of using PPC for some keywords. If you look at the average offer of the word "dogs" is only 67 cents, which is not too bad. But before you get excited, I understand that all types of dogs in the words "not looking to buy something and, given the number of searches that quickly blew in all the CFP budget, with very little. Later in this series see which keyword indicate that someone is interested in buying a dog (related) product.
If you write articles and have AdSense on your site, you can see what people are paying to advertise specific keywords, then adjust the conditions for entering the section to obtain better paying AdSense advertising on your site.
