Vertex is a brand of two way radios that are recognized worldwide for its high quality radios that they manufacture. Vortex specializes in the commercial style two way radios that contain the most common features needed in a business environment.
Vertex Standard Co. Ltd. was originally known as "Radio brand standard equipment, which is based funnier, Japan until 1998. This year where the company was acquired by Yaesu Musen, which until the acquisition of the competition was a Japanese manufacturer of equipment radio.
They have continued to this day to build on its reputation for producing a wide range of styles of robust, reliable, two way radios that have been the first choice for security and law enforcement agencies around the world for decades.

Ltd in the business community is the recent announcement in 2007 by Motorola Corp. of the intentions of firms to acquire 80% of the company. The transaction was finally completed in 2008 and another company called another Tokogikan holding 20% of the peak in a joint venture.
